Fall Tybee Tybee

Monday morning at Tybee...seems calmer than Monday Morning at Home/Work. Working on taking lots of shots that might be fodder for future paintings.

The Tybee Light

Pre-Dawn

Centered the Flag Pole on this one and the wind helped by flapping the flag appropriately.

Good Looking Stranger...a.k.a. our favorite Sailboat Captain from Lattitudes also a neighbor on our Mountain in Virginia.

The Sally Pearce Nature Trail

Enjoying the Day with the female half of Lattitudes...Bobbie. We shopped a bit yesterday after much beach combing and Lighthouse touring. Purchased a darling periwinkle blue Batik Sarong...silky soft and smelled like heaven from all the handmade soaps in the shop. Loved it so much Bobbie wants one and I need a second one for the Mountain house.  At a cute shop in the Oaks on Rt. 80...shop name was Misty...something...nice shop keeper...cool stuff. Will update the shop name after our second visit.

For Dinner... Georgia Wild caught steamed shrimp and a healthy salad bar at Paws & Paddles Cottage. We enjoyed hummus and veggies with a new 2 me white wine...Vinho Verde...a bit sparkly but only a bit...very good with seafood, veggies and hummus. Getting ready for a visit with a friend from Savannah. She is coming out to Tybee and we are planning on lunch. All this walking about and salt air is making us both hungry!
